Watertown won the last time they faced Spearfish and things went their way on Saturday too. The Arrows skirted past the Spartans 2-1.

Reese Munger paced Watertown's offense, picking up ten kills. Munger got some help from Kynsee Russell and her 26 assists. Russell was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Watertown's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Spearfish, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Watertown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Dell Rapids on the 30th. As for Spearfish, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Huron on the 30th.
