Baseball Game Preview: Jenks Trojans vs. Fayetteville Bulldogs

The Jenks Trojans will take on the Fayetteville Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jenks managed to slip by Southmoore the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Jenks lost 13-0 to Southmoore on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Trojans have suffered since April 30, 2024.

Meanwhile, Fayetteville put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Alma with a sharp 14-4 win. Fans of the Bulldogs have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Jenks' loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Fayetteville, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Jenks was able to grind out a solid win over Fayetteville when the teams last played back in March of 2019, winning 7-4. Will Jenks repeat their success, or does Fayetteville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
