Basketball Recap: North Judson-San Pierre Comes Up Short

North Judson-San Pierre was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 58-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Griffith Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Bluejays can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 339th, while the Panthers are ranked 135th).

Gianni Feaster was his usual excellent self, putting up 19 points and three steals for Griffith. That's the most points Feaster has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jakhari Mackey, who posted ten points.

North Judson-San Pierre now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Griffith, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-4.

North Judson-San Pierre didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 72-29 victory against Oregon-Davis on the 11th. As for Griffith, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 50-40 win against Wheeler on the 11th.
