On Tuesday Kallan Wirth tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The effort marked the fewest earned runs Wirth has had since back in May of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two hits. This year, he has an ERA of 7.30 over 7.7 innings pitched.

Coming up, Wirth and Montezuma-Cortez will face off against San Juan at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Wirth's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Panthers' eight-game streak of wins on the road.
