Basketball Recap: South Lake Snags Ninth Victory in Last 11 Games

South Lake won the last time they faced Eastpointe and things went their way on Wednesday too. The South Lake Cavaliers skirted past the Eastpointe Shamrocks 57-55.

South Lake has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.4 points per game. As for Eastpointe, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.

South Lake will challenge Marine City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Eastpointe, they will be playing at home against Center Line at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
