Bellefonte waltzed into their match  on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils 7-1. With that  win, the Raiders brought their scoring average up to 6.1  runs per game.
 Parker Capparelle made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 1-for-4 with one  home run, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. That  stolen base was  his first of the season.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Zach Lehman, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-4.
 Bellefonte  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They are 2-1 when  they post two or more  strikeouts.
The  victory  got Bellefonte back to even at 4-4. As for Bellwood-Antis,  with the  loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-4.
 We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bellefonte is set to  square off against  their familiar foe Bishop Guilfoyle  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bellwood-Antis will  take on  rival Clearfield  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
