Patterson played in-conference for the first time on Tuesday and got just the result they were looking for. They walked away with a 9-5 victory over the East Union Lancers. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 9-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Patterson's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for East Union, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Coming up, Patterson will square off against Sierra at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Timberwolves have averaged an impressive 6.1 runs per game this season. As for East Union, they will welcome Oakdale at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last four games the Mustangs have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
