Basketball Recap: Northview Gets the Win

Northview won the last time they faced Napoleon and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Northview Wildcats came out on top against the Napoleon Wildcats by a score of 45-36. The win made it back-to-back victories for Northview.

Despite the loss, Napoleon had strong showings from Hannah Miller, who posted 16 points, and Ava Good, who earned nine points. Those 16 points gave Miller a new career-high.

Northview's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Napoleon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northview will host Findlay at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Napoleon, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Napoleon Wildcats face off against the Southview Cougars at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Napoleon is facing Southview at the right time seeing as Southview is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
