Football Recap: Bald Eagle Area Takes a Loss

Bald Eagle Area lost against Clearfield back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles fell 12-6 to the Bison.

Xavier Curry was a one-man wrecking crew For Clearfield. as he rushed for 130 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, and also threw for 66 yards and one TD. Those 130 rushing yards gave Curry a new career-high.

Bald Eagle Area now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Clearfield, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Bald Eagle Area wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 28-0 victory against Westmont Hilltop on the 10th. As for Clearfield, they have also already played their next contest, a 43-14 win against Somerset on the 10th.
