Softball Recap: Princeton Panthers vs. Plano West Wolves
Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 11-1 to the Plano West Wolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-0 back in March.
Princeton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Daeshana Wilson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-19-1. As for Plano West, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season.
Coincidentally, Princeton and Plano West will both be playing Prosper the next time they take the field. The Panthers will host the Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wolves will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
