Basketball Recap: St. John Paul II Takes a Loss

St. John Paul II was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat. They lost 52-32 to the Madison County Tigers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-35 back in November of 2024.

St. John Paul II's loss dropped their record down to 1-22. As for Madison County, their win bumped their record up to 9-6.

St. John Paul II will square off against Randolph School at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Madison County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 79-41 defeat against Plainview on the 22nd.
