Volleyball Game Preview: Bayfield Wolverines vs. Farmington Scorpions + How To Watch

The Bayfield Wolverines will venture away from home to face off against the Farmington Scorpions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Bayfield is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Alamosa just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Saturday. They lost 3-0 to the Mean Moose.

While Bayfield was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Alamosa's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-20, 27-25.

Meanwhile, Farmington made easy work of Piedra Vista on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Farmington has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Bayfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

Bayfield beat Farmington 3-1 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
