Football Recap: Boulder City Extends Winning Streak to Four

Boulder City put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Sports Leadership & Management Bulls 28-14. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Boulder City's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Noelle Payne led the charge by rushing for 165 yards and one touchdown while picking up 7.9 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Payne is now averaging an impressive 115.5 rushing yards per game. Paige Bothwell was another key receiver, picking up 52 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Boulder City's record now sits at 4-0. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boulder City will host Doral Academy Red Rock at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
