Basketball Recap: Ottawa's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Ottawa had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 50-49 victory over the Kewanee Boilermakers.

Ottawa's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-9. As for Kewanee, they now have a losing record at 11-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ottawa will square off against Morris at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th. Kewanee has already played their next matchup (against Princeton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
