Basketball Recap: Northwood Takes a Loss

Northwood was the 46-26 winner over Lima Central Catholic when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Northwood Rangers fell 31-21 to the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds on Monday. The defeat leaves the Rangers without a win on the season.

Northwood's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lima Central Catholic, they moved to 1-5 with that victory, which also ended their 17-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northwood will challenge Fostoria at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northwood is facing Fostoria at the right time seeing as Fostoria is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Lima Central Catholic, they will take on Lincolnview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
