Basketball Recap: Alisal Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

Palma came into Monday's game looking for another win against Alisal, but Kike Jacinto wouldn't allow it. The Alisal Trojans came out on top against the Palma Chieftains by a score of 74-61 on Monday thanks in part to Jacinto, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 14 boards. That's the most points he has posted since back in February of 2024.

The team also got some help courtesy of Misael Palafox, who earned 19 points and eight assists. The contest was his tenth in a row with at least 16 points.

Alisal has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points over those games. As for Palma, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-4.
