Ezra Hawthorne was another key contributor,  going 2-for-4 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  double.
 Hesperia Christian's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Big Bear, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost seven of their last nine contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record  this season.
