Jefferson City waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Everything went their way against the Rolla Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Jays, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory didn't come easy: Rolla scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-22, 25-22.

Among those leading the charge was Isabel Patterson, who had 16 digs and two aces. Those 16 digs gave her a new career-high.

Patterson wasn't the only good servers: Jefferson City was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive matches.

Jefferson City's win bumped their record up to 14-8-1. As for Rolla, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10-2.

Jefferson City has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Southern Boone on the 7th. As for Rolla, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Linn on the 4th.
