Basketball Recap: Buffalo Snaps 11-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

The third road match was the charm for Buffalo, as they earned their first road win of the season. They walked away with a 67-55 win over the Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Bison, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Buffalo's victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. As for Sartell-St. Stephen, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Buffalo will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Elk River at 8:00 p.m. on December 27th. Buffalo knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Elk River likes a good challenge. As for Sartell-St. Stephen, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Osseo at 7:30 p.m. on December 27th.
