Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Red Bud). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the East Alton-Wood River Oilers 81-48. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Musketeers as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Red Bud's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for East Alton-Wood River, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

Red Bud will take on Chester in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. East Alton-Wood River and Roxana will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
