Football Preview: Peoria Panthers vs. Cactus Cobras
Peoria has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will head out to take on the Cactus Cobras at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Meanwhile, Cactus fell victim to Desert Mountain and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Wolves 44-0. The Cobras have struggled against the Wolves recently, as their game on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Peoria dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Cactus, their record now sits at 2-2.
Peoria took a serious blow against Cactus in their previous meeting back in September of 2023, falling 41-7. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Peoria was down 27-0.
