Baseball Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

Northridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain View Mountain Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mountain Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-6 two weeks ago.

Northridge's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Mountain View, their record is now 6-7.

Northridge didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-2 win against Hinkley on the 21st. As for Mountain View, they have also already played their next game, a 9-8 victory against Wellington on the 21st.
