Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Academy Falls to Harvest Christian Academy in First Game of Season

Grace Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were beaten by the Harvest Christian Academy Saints 66-12 on Tuesday.

Harvest Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Daxton Reeves, who went 6 for 8 on his way to 13 points and seven steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Richie O'Neal, who went 8 of 12 on his way to 16 points and seven rebounds.

Grace Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harvest Christian Academy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Heritage Christian at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Heritage Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Harvest Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
