Western Guilford is on a six-game streak of home losses, and Page an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Western Guilford Hornets will look to defend their home field against the Page Pirates at 6:00 p.m. Western Guilford will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
Having struggled with 12 losses in a row, Western Guilford turned things around against Grimsley on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 17-1 margin over the Whirlies. That 16 run margin sets a new team best for the Hornets this season.

Carter was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in February.
