Basketball Recap: Perry Comes Up Short

Perry came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were beaten by the Pewamo-Westphalia Pirates 75-47. The Ramblers have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season.

Perry is taking a road trip to square off against New Lothrop at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Pewamo-Westphalia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
