Having struggled with three losses in a row, Goleman turned things around against Taravella on Thursday. They blew past the Trojans, posting a 56-0 win. The matchup marked the Gators' most dominant victory of the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Monsignor Pace). They slipped by North Miami Beach 29-28 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Spartans have posted since November 1, 2024.

Goleman now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Monsignor Pace, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-5.
