Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Chester walked away with it. They never let the Oakwood Panthers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Saturday. Considering the Yellowjackets have won 11 games by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Chester is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Oakwood, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Chester beat the Panthers by a score of 10-0 later that day.
