Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Ivan Baca stepped things up a notch to give Alameda the 'W'. Baca was dynamite, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Alameda's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
