Whittier Christian waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Agoura Chargers. That's two games straight that the Heralds have won by just one run.

Whittier Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Agoura, they moved to 7-6 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Whittier Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 8-1 win against Cypress on the 8th. As for Agoura, they have also already played their next game, an 8-4 victory against Salpointe Catholic on the 8th.
