While Bloomingdale might've come up empty on Monday, Hayden Porter wasn't going down without a fight. Porter wasn't messing around, pitching six innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with five or more strikeouts.

Looking ahead, Porter and Bloomingdale will challenge East Bay at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Porter's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Bloomingdale's six-game streak of wins at home.
