            Basketball Recap: Harrison Central Red Rebels vs. Biloxi Indians        
        
		
        
        
            Harrison Central was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight  loss. They were three  points away from ending the streak, but they lost a  57-54 heartbreaker at the hands of the Biloxi Indians. The  game was a  29-29 toss-up at halftime, but the Red Rebels couldn't quite close it out.
 Several Red Rebels players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Shaun Murray, who  went 6 for 13  on his way to 14  points in addition to seven  boards and six  assists.  Ke'Adrian Brown also deserves some recognition as  he  posted his first  assist of the season.
 Leading Biloxi to victory were  Alan Ayala and  Reggie MaGee.  Ayala  went 8 of 12  en route to 25 points and five  rebounds, while  MaGee  went 6 for 14  on his way to 13  points along with seven  boards and three  steals. Those 25 points gave  Ayala a new career-high.  Jakylen Edwards was another key player,  putting up eight  points and eight  rebounds.
Harrison Central's record now sits at 8-13. As for Biloxi, their victory bumped their record up to 16-4.
 Harrison Central has already played their next matchup,  a  61-42  defeat against Gulfport on the 17th. As for Biloxi, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  49-43  loss against D'Iberville on the 17th.
