While Cherokee County's win against Spring Garden wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cherokee County Warriors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the Spring Garden Panthers on Tuesday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Cherokee County's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Spring Garden, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Coming up, Cherokee County will venture away from home to take on Ohatchee at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Cherokee County 2, Ohatchee 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
