Volleyball Recap: Downers Grove South Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Downers Grove South can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Downers Grove North Trojans on Tuesday. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Among those leading the charge was Angelika Krob, who had 15 digs. Those 15 digs gave her a new career-high.

Downers Grove South's loss dropped their record down to 29-9. As for Downers Grove North, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-11.

Downers Grove South does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Downers Grove North, they will take on Oak Park-River Forest at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
