Basketball Recap: Pitt County P Comes Up Short

Pitt County P lost against Greenville Christian Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pitt County P Pacers fell 42-29 to the Greenville Christian Academy Knights. The Pacers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Matthew Dove was his usual excellent self, putting up 14 points for Greenville Christian Academy. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew McCoy, who posted six points and 15 boards.

Pitt County P's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Greenville Christian Academy, their record now sits at 17-11.

Looking ahead, Pitt County P will challenge Trinity Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenville Christian Academy, they will square off against Wilson Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
