Volleyball Recap: Dana Hills Takes a Loss

Dana Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Pacifica Christian Tritons, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tritons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in February.

Dana Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Pacifica Christian, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6.

Dana Hills and Pacifica Christian could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Dana Hills will challenge Carlsbad at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday down 603 places (608 vs. 5). Meanwhile, Pacifica Christian (ranked 523rd) will meet Santa Margarita (ranked 28th) at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
