Volleyball Recap: Princeton Vikings vs. Fairfield Indians
Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Fairfield Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
Fairfield got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kendall Kupper out in front who had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces Kupper has posted since last Wednesday.
Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Fairfield, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.
After both having extra time off, Princeton and Oak Hills will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oak Hills will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Princeton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fairfield, they will head out on the road to challenge Colerain at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
