Volleyball Recap: Silver Stage Comes Up Short

Silver Stage kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 2-0 to the Pahranagat Valley Panthers. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Aaliyah Diez paced Silver Stage's offense, picking up two kills. Diez got some help from Leah Tripp and her two assists. Noelani Puaauli controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Pahranagat Valley moved to 2-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Silver Stage didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Carson on the 22nd. As for Pahranagat Valley, they will host Adelson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
