Football Game Preview: Bristol Central Rams vs. Windsor Warriors

Bristol Central is 1-6 against Windsor since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Rams will look to defend their home field against the Warriors at 7:00 p.m.

Bristol Central is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 37 points last Friday, they were much more limited against North Haven on Friday. They were dealt a 40-12 loss at the hands of the Nighthawks. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut football rankings (they are ranked 80th, while the Nighthawks are ranked 17th).

Meanwhile, Windsor strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They had just enough and edged out Newtown 34-31.

Bristol Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Windsor, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.
