Soccer Recap: Antioch Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Antioch was not quite Hume-Fogg's equal in the second half on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the Blue Knights. Antioch were not able to make up for their loss to Hume-Fogg from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Antioch is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6-2. As for Hume-Fogg, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Antioch will face off against Lawson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hume-Fogg, they will head out to take on Portland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hume-Fogg will be up against Portland's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.75 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
