Volleyball Recap: Darlington Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Darlington lost against Hartsville back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Falcons came up short against the Red Foxes, falling 3-0. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Darlington was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Hartsville work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 26-24, 25-17.

Among those leading the charge was Ava Wilcox, who had 11 digs and three aces. What's more, she posted four assists, the most she's had over her last eight contests.

Darlington's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Hartsville, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Darlington will welcome Crestwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hartsville, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against West Florence at 7:00 p.m.
