Soccer Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Heritage was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They came up short against the South Gwinnett Comets, falling 10-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against South Gwinnett this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 on March 4th.

Heritage's goal came courtesy of Adia Ritchie, who's now up to seven this season.

Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for South Gwinnett, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Coming up, Heritage will take on Woodland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Gwinnett, they will square off against Grayson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
