Galileo lost to Washington back in April, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Lions walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Eagles. Surprisingly, this marked the Lions' third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The win didn't come easy: Washington scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 19-25, 25-23, 25-18.

Galileo has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-14 record this season. As for Washington, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the loss, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Galileo nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
