Recap: Panama Razorbacks vs. Heavener Wolves

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pocola, the Panama Razorbacks were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They came out on top against Heavener by a score of 56-45. For Panama, this counts as revenge for the 50-37 loss Heavener walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.

Several Wolves players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Christopher Hetherington, who scored eight points. Isaac Cook was another key contributor, scoring eight points.

Panama has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. As for Heavener, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-9.

Panama does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Heavener, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-38 loss vs. Hartshorne on the 9th.
