Basketball Game Preview: Little Miami Panthers vs. Milford Eagles

Little Miami and Milford are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Little Miami Panthers will face off against the Milford Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Little Miami is coming into the game hot, having won their last six games.

Last Sunday, Little Miami was able to grind out a solid win over Corbin, taking the game 59-49.

Meanwhile, Milford came up short against La Salle on Friday, falling 54-32. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Little Miami will have to contain Dillon Grimes as he made an impact in Milford's last game. He posted six points and five rebounds. Those five boards gave Grimes a new career-high.

Little Miami's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Milford, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Little Miami strolled past Milford in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 73-55. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Milford's Gavin Dalen, who went 9 of 11 on his way to 23 points along with eight boards and four blocks.
