Football Game Preview: Hill School Rams vs. Blair Academy Bucs

Hill School is 0-9 against Blair Academy since October of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Rams will look to defend their home field against the Bucs at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Hill School lost to Wyoming Seminary College Prep on the road by a 20-3 margin. The game marked the Rams' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Blair Academy played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 40-14 to Lawrenceville School. While losing is never fun, the Bucs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Big Red are ranked 29th).

Blair Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Hill School, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Hill School came up short against Blair Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 40-34. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
