Baseball Recap: Granite City Comes Up Short

Granite City and Edwardsville squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Granite City had to settle for second. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 12-0. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Granite City's defeat dropped their record down to 6-22. As for Edwardsville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Granite City nor Edwardsville have any future games scheduled.
