Notre Dame/Catholic wins going away against Rome Free Academy

The Notre Dame/Catholic Jugglers gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They strolled past Rome Free Academy with points to spare, taking the game 65-49.
Several Black Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Amiyah Ferebee, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Ferebee also grabbed two+ steals for the first time this season. Haylee Bostwick was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Notre Dame/Catholic's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Rome Free Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5.
Notre Dame/Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rome Free Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Oneida at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Oneida will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
