Green Bay Preble strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Sun Prairie East Cardinals by a score of 6-2.

Katie Geydoshek spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on two hits and racked up 16 Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in 14 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Camille Konkol was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April. Chloe Savage also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Green Bay Preble was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sun Prairie East only posted a batting average of .115.

Green Bay Preble pushed their record up to 21-0 with the victory, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Sun Prairie East, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-7-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Green Bay Preble will face off against Sheboygan North at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Sun Prairie East, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Middleton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
