Basketball Recap: Hamilton Township's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Two

If Liberty Union wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hamilton Township, they should've done a better job of containing Lucas King. The Hamilton Township Rangers came out on top against the Liberty Union Lions by a score of 64-55 on Monday thanks in part to King, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 boards. The match was his fourth in a row with at least ten points.

Kadan Ahr was another key player, going 5 of 7 en route to 15 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

The win made it two in a row for Hamilton Township and bumps their season record up to 14-2. As for Liberty Union, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.

Hamilton Township will host Circleville at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Liberty Union has already played their next contest (against Bloom-Carroll), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
