Softball Recap: Hasbrouck Heights Aviators vs. Palisades Park Tigers
Hasbrouck Heights had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Palisades Park Tigers 21-0 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Aviators, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Palisades Park's batters probably weren't too happy with Maddy Connelly, who pitched a no hitter and racked up nine Ks (she gave up two walks).
On the hitting side, Kailen Peterson was a standout: she scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
